We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Consulting Suite Team in a Part-time capacity (3 days per week). Full time positions also available.  

You must be a team player with a high level of customer service skills and a positive attitude! The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and display a high level of attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

  • Receptionist/Administration duties.
  • Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Patient billing, receipting, and banking.
  • Booking patient appointments.

Skills and Experience:

  • Flexibility in working hours 
  • Medical reception/admin experience preferred.
  • Multitasking required in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently required.
  • Medicare, Blue Chip and private health insurance claims experience advantageous, but not essential
  • Competent level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience working in mental health environment advantageous.

Renumeration:

  • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and as per the relevant Delmont EA.

Requirements:

  • All Delmont Hospital Employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 x vaccination / 1 booster) and Influenza with a TGA approved vaccine and must provide evidence of their vaccination status.
